Stroll along the beach or taste seafood in a restaurant facing the port of Dieppe (30 minutes).

Welcome to Les Ventes-Saint-Rémy! Welcome to this house on the family property! We are excited to have you there and hope your stay is enjoyable. It is located in the heart of a clearing in one of the largest forests in France, located 30 minutes from Rouen, 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from Paris. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 6 recent beds and is equipped with all modern comforts.

VILA SÉPIA, the sea as the only horizon.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
