The apartment, which is brand new, has a new kitchen and bathroom, ceiling for the kitchen, terrace, a well-functioning living room and bedroom with closet. The barn is next to our home. Good location in relation to North Zealand and Copenhagen, close to Nivå harbor and beach and possibility of public transport, train and bus (there is a bus to and from Kokkedal station 400 m from the house.

Kronborg Castle, Shipyard's food market and the Maritime Speed Museum are a 15 min drive away. Humlebæk Bio is 500 meters away and is always up to date with the latest films. The king and queen living in the palace in the city, and beautiful forests to stroll around. Villa in the center of Fredensborg by closed road for rent in the period 01.08.2024 to 31.07.2025. Stay in our cozy annex in the middle of the castle town, close to the castle, the shopping street, the lake and several beautiful eateries. The annex is about 30 sqm and you will sleep in a loft with a double bed (180 cm wide). There is a shower, kitchenette (1 hot plate), sofa, dining table and your private east-facing terrace with stunning views of Fredensborg. The annex was built by August Bournonville (ballet master), who from 1854-1879 used the main house as a summer residence.
