You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor renovated in 2021 (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

The apartment with fantastic views is the entire attic of my house. It is situated in a peaceful location in Lamspringe, right on the edge of the forest, and is completely newly renovated. It is via the main entrance via a separate (!) Stairs accessible. A place of rest near nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1 '80x2' 00m) and there is a sofa bed. Wifi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace .

Landfront vacation with alpacas

On the farm live my 8 year old daughter, my 5 year old nursing daughter and me. In addition, cats, some rabbits and alpacas. In the large garden there is a small sandbox, a swing, a trapeze, a trampoline and various seating areas. You can slow down and relax. It's an old yard where there's always a lot to do. Weeds do not bother us We are cosmopolitan and tolerant and wish this from the guests as well.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
