A bus stop, via which you can reach Frechen city center within 10 minutes, is within walking distance. From here, it only takes about 30 minutes by tram line 7 to Cologne city center (Neumarkt). Supermarkets, such as an Aldi, can be found within 10 minutes.

Live nicely in Cologne's Südstadt

South of Cologne's medieval gates in the south city is this room with its own entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor (no person, only cargo elevator) quietly out to the yard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for a person's stay. I'm only renting to individuals.
