Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Enjoy the quiet life in this centrally located accommodation. It is only 250m to walk to the market square in Lanwegen. The very good Pizzeria Napoli is only 200m away on foot. The old Ilm cycle path and the Ilm are right on the doorstep. The new Ilm cycle path on the old railway embankment is only 300m away. This is also where pure nature begins, whether on foot or by bike. Your bike is safe in the lockable bike shed. You reached the Rennsteig after 9 km.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Our 78 sqm holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Two-family house. It has two rooms and a spacious storage room. The apartment is modern and cozy. A crib is available. Bicycles can be safely parked in the spacious hallway. Beside the house is a carport that can be used. The fenced large sunbathing area with barbecue area and seating is located on the property behind the house.

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.
