The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking from private boat dock or upper deck. Perfect for lil getaway for 2 or 4. Queen air mattress available upon request.

This is the entire upstairs studio apartment located behind Oystertown Cottage. A path and stairs lead to the private entrance of the newly renovated apartment in a chic retro beach style, with a full bath, and a small but functional kitchen. It is quiet and only 1 block away from restaurants, shops, and parks in downtown Apalachicola. Suitable for a couple but has a comfortable standard sized sofa for a third person or a child. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.
