Beautiful stay in the Jura. Cozy cottage, dog-friendly, and the greatest surroundings. Local products with fine breakfast and best welcome drink. Very friendly hosts.

The place is very nice, practical and decorated with a certain something. The network above the living area offers additional space for reading, lounging or simply being. The old roof beams give the rooms a lot of charm and the fire in the Swedish stove made the stay very cozy. The large bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet were perfect for 8 people. The kitchen is generously equipped. We were there over New Year's Eve and were able to make great hikes through the snow.

I was travelling with a friend so we were surprised to find that there was no sofa bed as stated in the listing, just a regular sofa. Owner Joël quickly provided us with a foldaway bed though, so we were still able to sleep in separate rooms. The flat is tastefully furnished, modern yet cosy and boasts a well-equipped kitchen. Joël was a very friendly, responsive and welcoming host. The location is perfect with a lovely countryside view from the balcony. It’s quietly located but within short distance from the railway halt. There are ample possibilities for walks, cycling and other leisure activities in the area.

Viktoria and her partner are very nice. A very comfortable bed, a garden to settle in... in short a perfect stay. To be recommended.

We really liked the apartment 'Sous les Barres‘. It is large and located in the countryside in a single-family house. The apartment would also be well suited for a longer stay, as there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is an advantage if you travel by car as the apartment is just outside the village center. In Montfaucon there are two small shops, which is very practical.

Rural and quiet accommodation on an idyllic farm with wonderful animals, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Beautiful views of the Bernese Alps from the bedroom – simply fantastic! Very nice hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Jocelyn and Yan's house. The house is super furnished and was ideal for three. The surroundings are very idyllic, various activities and attractions are still easily accessible. Upon our arrival, a freshly baked braid and a glass of homemade jam were ready for us, thank you very much! We will be happy to come back :-)

The place was clean and it had enough space for us 8 people. The kitchen is super equipped with everything you need. Instructions were clear and simple. Sandra always responded quickly when we had a question and she even found a bratwurst place nearby for us and documented it with pictures. Thank you very much for that! It is a quiet place, which we were also looking for. What should be specified a little more precisely is where the disposal for the garbage in the village is. But that's also the only thing we could "complain about". Thank you so much for letting us come by. All the best.

The apartment is perfect for 4 and is very well-equipped. Adélaïde is a charming and available host. Certainly one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it if you are in the Swiss Jura.

Eléonore prepared our arrival very carefully. We felt comfortable right away. The apartment captivates with its inviting charm and the artisanal combination of old and new. We enjoyed the tranquility in Essertfallon and the surrounding area very much. Essertfallon is an ideal starting point for excursions, walks and hikes in the quaint Jura landscape. And at night, the starry sky is a true spectacle. Eléonore and her family are wonderful hosts with their authentic kindness. – We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful family bike ride in a heavenly region! The accommodation is large, very well-equipped, also games and books available for children. The hosts are lovely, they gave us very useful information for our excursions, the children were able to see the work of the farm up close with the cows, they loved it! And us too! A place to remember!

The apartment was exactly what was described. It was very well furnished. Jemila was very nice and responsive. If we go back to Switzerland, we will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly host in a cute and secluded area

Angela was a fantabulous host. She was kind enough to facilitate late hour in person checkin. She explained us the nearby go to places for daily needs and other attractions in detail. She was always very responsive to any query we had. Since we were a family of 7 our key decision making point was having 2 full bathrooms in the property (very scarce in Europe), also her place has a good connectivity via public transport like bus and train both. The bedroom sizes were also very decent. It's adjoining a beautiful lake which makes it a great walk track too. All in all we had a great stay.

We enjoyed it very much. It was very quiet and we had privacy. The bed was very comfortable. The oven and hot tub have all rounded off. As an addition, a small mini oven or the like would have been good. Otherwise very cozy and simple. 👍

Our stay at this wonderful place was simply memorable! The apartment is modern, stylish and sparkling clean, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation – from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. The absolute highlight was the hot tub. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Marlis & Erich. They were incredibly friendly, responsive to our questions.

The stay with Christelle was simply breathtaking – from the first moment we felt right at home. The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very clean and offers everything you need. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, perfect for relaxing or for excursions in nature. Christelle herself is an incredibly warm and helpful host. She immediately supported us with all questions and provided us with great tips on the area. You can feel that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. We would have preferred to stay longer and will definitely be back. 100% recommendation – thank you for everything, dear Christelle!
