It’s been a perfect stay at Fabio and Celine’s flat! Perfect location, quiet, very clean, bed was very comfy, well equipped kitchen! I felt at home right away, and I was there for work. The communication was very easy ! Thanks for everything. I would definitely come back.

Nice little apartment in a very good location, very nice jacuzzi and always warm. Very nice and responsive owner. The only downside is the bed is too small and the mattress is too soft. Anyway, thank you for a pleasant stay.

We spent a weekend at Bruno's place and it perfectly matched the description and our expectations. Self check-in and check-out is really ideal. The house is large with all the necessities available. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to stay with 6, and the bedding was really comfortable! The neighborhood was very peaceful which makes the outside very nice. We will be back without hesitation!

excellent cottage! a real time machine in the 70s while keeping modern comfort 🤩 lots of small touches from the hosts in almost every room (I won't say more to keep the surprise effect!), you really feel privileged. The welcome and the relationship are also impeccable, thank you to them. the children loved the playroom, the parents and grandparents too 😆 in short, a great place for those who want to experience an experiential stay!

This is our third stay in this beautiful house, and as always, everything was perfect. The welcome is warm, the accommodation is clean and very pleasant. A big thank you to Alain and Marie-Pierre who kindly offered to stay in the afternoon, even if checkout was scheduled for 11 a.m., in order to enjoy a little more of the day. Very original, unique and charming cottage in a secluded but very quiet setting. Nothing is close but everything is accessible (activities, services, rich shops within a maximum perimeter of 1 hour). No network but Wi-Fi available. No towel (as indicated) but all other amenities are there. The "bar activities" offered and the possibility of installing a barrel are a real plus of this accommodation renovated with taste and quality. Perfect for a weekend with friends. Martine is a responsive and adaptable host who knows how to convey her attachment to this place where she grew up through her justified requirements. Take care of this place and everything in it, it deserves it and you will enjoy it all the more while letting others discover it with as much pleasure as we do.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The setting is great and peaceful. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Dominique is very welcoming and responsive.

Easy to access, well arranged and very pleasant accommodation, the terrace is a significant plus. I recommend it.

11-day stay for professional reasons. 3-minute walk so perfect. Apartment matches the photos and clean. Super comfortable bed and large TV. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Despite the proximity to the boulevard, very little noise in the apartment. I only have two small negative points: no free parking space nearby, you have to go up the whole street (when you have bags and suitcases it's not practical). And there would be a small shelf under the sink to put toiletries on. Apart from that, perfect, I'll come back if I have a chance.

I was hosted very well in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very pleasant and bright studio with everything you need for a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I would recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to take plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
