Condo vacation rentals in Fontainebleau

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is quiet and in such a convenient location. Everything is walkable! Also, it’s just as cute as the pictures. 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

We stay in Brickell most of the time. This was a good choice at the SLS LUX. Nice host and overall good and clean unit. We'll come back. Thank you.

El departamento es muy lindo y está muy bien decorado y cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Es súper accesible y la vista que tiene desde el balcón es la mejor. Las personas que están en el lobby mantuvieron con nosotros un trato cordial y amable en todo momento. Sin duda lobby mantuvieron volveríamos a elegir. Muchas gracias!

I loved my stay at the sls. The rooms are always so spacious and modern. I finally made it to the pool that had full bar service. This is an amazing price for the location and amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Gabriela has been an amazing host. Very responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this place.

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

We always stay at this apartment whenever we visit Coral Gables and Brickell—it has everything we need. Gabriela is a fantastic host and is always attentive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Everything was perfect the apartment clean and spacious

Spent 2 weeks there with my husband and my 2 little kids. We all loved it. Clean and comfy. My kids loved the views, with planes passing by all the time! (no noise, though). The pool is huge and very quiet. Close to many restaurants and a big playground right in front of the building. 15 mins ride from airport and from dolphin mall! 100% recommended.

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and easy to navigate. The building was high end with plenty of amenities including a restaurant, spa, fitness center and rooftop jacuzzi/salt water pool overlooking the bay full of sailboats. The cute shops on Main Street were full of life, very walkable. Coconut Grove has a lot to offer we will visit this eclectic oasis again. It was a unique and fun trip.

This was an amazing stay! Norberto was very accommodating and the home is beautiful. Exactly as promised and the building staff was also very helpful. Restaurants closeby and very beautiful night walk. Overall 10/10 experience

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Beautiful spot , very clean and well maintained ! And the price was amazing considering its location !
