A luxurious, spacious one bedroom apartment, overlooking pasture and less than 5 minutes walk to glorious beaches. The owner lives downstairs to assist with any needs you may have. The property was built in 2018 and finished to a very high standard. The apartment throughout has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and porcelain tiles. Art Studio is an attractive, secure small complex of apartments on the west coast, close to Holetown, St. James, nestled between Sandpiper Hotel and Discovery Bay Beach Hotel. There is direct access to a beautiful beach and the Caribbean Sea. There is a daily maid service with the bed linen, hand and bath towels changed twice weekly. We do provide beach towels. Our ground floor apartment is comfortable, and tastefully furnished with modern appliances throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and is attached to the laundry. The entry foyer leads to the beautiful livingroom. Adjacent is a open plan outdoor dining and living space, which leads to the pool deck with gazebo seating and a plunge pool. There is also a bar for entertaining from inside or by the pool deck.
