Poetry houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600 year old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça 8 km Eski Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain bike and walking path passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly, caring dogs.

Evin tam karsisindaki sahil yüzmek icin focanin en ideal sahilidir, kayaliksiz, kum tabanlidir. Voodoo plaji 1 km mesafededir. Migros supermarket evin hemen yaninda konumlanir. Mutfak tam donanimli olup kapsul kahve makinesi, turk kahve makinesi, cay makinesi kullaniminiza sunulmustur. Mulkte 2 adet klima bulunmaktadir.

Guesthouse in the old town

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.
