The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. John’s place was so clean and well maintained. We felt right at home. The decor was cozy and gave off the perfect coastal vibes. Highly recommend!

I can’t remember if I turned on the dishwasher before we left!!! If not, I am so sorry! Leaving day is always hectic. Beautiful place, spacious and clean. The ONLY issue we had was that when we turned on the oven, something was in the bottom that burned up and caused smoke; otherwise very clean. We used the beach at the Gulf Shores State Park area. Beaches too crowded where all the people spill out from the high rises. It was no problem though. We usually camp at Gulf Shores State Park, so it was just up the road and great to revisit. Condo is beautiful w restaurants close. Great fishing area for my son. Would stay again if the owners forgive me for not turning on the dishwasher! If I forgot. 😳 The air conditioning was a plus for me as women of a certain age require it to be cool, and it was. Highly recommend ❤️

Overall, our experience at Caribe was exactly what we were needing! It was perfect for a couple teachers and their husbands! Facilities were clean and up to date- the condo was very well stocked for meals in. Pools were chilly, but hot tubs were warm! The beach was easily accessible and quiet. The condo itself was all we could have dreamed of! Many restaurants close by and lots to do for all ages! 10/10 recommend!!

This Airbnb easily became my favorite condo that I’ve stayed in yet. The amenities were amazing. The condo had everything you could need and it was nothing short of spotless. I would recommend this place to everyone! The host/ property manager was AMAZING!! They made our trip memorable and were very good to us.

Charming Studio, Sugar White Beaches & Ole River!

The place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The parking spot was a bit tight, but manageable with some care. I did run into a small issue the first night with the guest parking pass; despite using the one provided, I received a warning notice from the towing company. I notified the host, and Alicia responded immediately. She proactively attended to this matter and provided a new guest pass and, going above and beyond, also bought me a small liquor bottle for the inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable for a pull-down, and the space stayed cool at night with the fan and A/C. Checkout was simple and smooth. Overall, I had a great stay and truly appreciated Alicia’s responsiveness and kindness as a host.

We had a family emergency and weren’t able to get to the condo in time to get a parking pass. Karen went and got one for us and had it waiting on the counter. It was a small gesture, but so generous and helpful.
