Klein-Venedig ‚Kuscheliges Apartment‘

Dieses kleine Apartment ist etwas ganz besonderes. Du schläfst Kopf an Kopf mit der historischen Stadtmauer. Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Bis 1897 war in diesen Räumen die „Städtische Fasseiche“ untergebracht, ein Eichamt für Fässer. Heute stehen stützende Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus sogen. Bachwacken, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte blank geschliffen wurden, in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander.

Unsere modern eingerichtete Wohnung, ist nur wenige Schritte von zwei berühmten Bergen, der Nahe, der Ebernburg und dem Schwimbad entfernt. Sie liegt im Kurgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bahn, Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen in die Natur. Es erwartet Sie eine Terrasse mit Bergblick, voll ausgestatteter Küche, geräumigem Badezimmer, bequemem Bett, kostenlosem Parkplatz und 2 Fahrrädern eine angenehme Auszeit. Natur und Komfort zusammen!

Tranquility and relaxation - that's what you'll find in Biggi's new garden finca with Mediterranean flair. An apartment for romantics and nature lovers, which opens to a park- garden with huge, fragrant fir trees. The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Other double rooms are available in the main house.

Vacation apartment in Wöllstein, Rhinehessen

The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Comfortable apartment Seelenbaumler

The “Seelenbaumler” is a large one-room apartment. There is a single bed (90x200), a double bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen area is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a TV and WiFi/Internet in the living area. The bathroom has been renovated. There is a small terrace and the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers

Welcome to the charming Taubenschlag in Heimersheim – your exclusive apartment in the secret capital of Rheinhessen! Enjoy a unique stay in our approximately 50 m² former dovecote, which was lovingly converted and renovated in 2023. Our centrally located apartment in Heimersheim, a district of Alzey, offers not only comfort, but also an abundance of activities in the region.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended.
