Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and SMART TV, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The garden offers a south-facing terrace, a year-round heated outdoor hot tub, a barrel sauna, a garden shower (from April to October), a shed and 2 parking spaces.

The energy supply is environmentally friendly via photovoltaics of the neighboring house and via an in-house heat pump. You can enjoy the evening in front of the fireplace or on the south terrace with a barbecue fireplace.
