Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Flamenco

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

Such a great spot! The view was awesome, the location made everything super easy, and the place was really clean and comfy. The host was super friendly and communication was smooth the whole time. Had an awesome time!

We chose this place because our friend stayed here and loved it. It was everything we hoped it would be. Though we didn't see many people walking, the lodge is only a 7 minute walk (well, hike...it is on a hill) from the ferry terminal. The view is stunning and the lodge is comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property had nice views and felt very private. The property looked like it had been a resort. The pool was closed and much of the buildings were run down. Many of them had significant damage. The apartments we stayed in were fairly well maintained. The host was kind and good to work with.

Cute and comfortable studio conveniently located close to restaurants and the fabulous beaches of Culebra. We were in the lower unit, so while the views were a bit obstructed we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the comfortable rocking chairs for morning coffee or after returning from the beach. Heather and Alfonso were extremely responsive and helpful. The unit is kept clean and they have thought of all the needed amenities. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back one day!

What a wonderful place! Our stay was easy, peaceful, beautiful and very restful….and the view! Wow! There was only one very small and easily avoided issue and that was we forgot to grab food storage items from the grocery store. We had dinner leftovers one night and nothing to wrap them in, oops! Mariel & Enrique are very responsive. Thanks again for your kindness and help you two! We hope to return one day!
