Beachfront vacation rentals in Flacq District

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. Absolutely recommend this villa. Thank you Garry Martyn and Christine

Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus selber, der riesige tolle Garten, der grosse Pool, die Lage mit jeden Abend Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, besonders auch der herzliche Kontakt mit Andy und seiner Familie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer wurde sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und alles zeitnah beantwortet und Lösungen gefunden. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das das Haus mit Moskitonetz versehen ist und es kann jederzeit gelüftet werden. Der Mietwagen findet vor dem Haus direkt einen Parkplatz. Es sind sowohl teils Eurostecker vorhanden ausser den üblichen UK Steckdosen, so dass Adapter nicht unbedingt benötigt werden, aber auch die hätte Andy für uns gehabt. Ebenso war Besley, der sich um das Haus Pool und Garten kümmert, und nebenan lebt, jederzeit hilfreich zur Stelle. Also für uns war alles bestens und wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und allen Beteiligten für die schöne Zeit auf Mauritius danken.Andrea und Rudolf

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

Un appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Les photos sont conformes. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

We had a very pleasant stay at Belle Haven ! We took full use of the two of the three balconies for breakfast and dinner or just to relax. The penthouse was very nice with some stunning views on the sunset. The equipment and facilities were just as described. Parking is really easy on front of the building woth lots of free spaces. The communication was just exemplary and always on point. Thank you ! We will recommend this place or possibly come back.

The place is huge and spacious. They have cleaner that clean the house every day. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive. Highly recommended

Logement incroyable, paisible, calme et sécurisé. Fidèle aux photos. le ménage était fait tous les jours, l'appartement était tout équipé je recommande vivement ce logement la communication avec Christopher était facile et rapide.

We had a wonderful time at Roshni's place. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. we loved the location right on the beachfront and the nice pool to cool off when it's too hot! Everything went smoothly from booking, check-in and check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at Nanou’s modern villa. The place is truly special—a beautiful home in a breathtaking location, with direct access to a nearly deserted beach that felt like our own private paradise. The ocean views from the pool and terrace are absolutely stunning, and the garden is a delight to relax in. It’s clear that Nanou has thoughtfully designed the villa with guests in mind. Everything is well equipped—from the kitchen and BBQ to the fishing gear. Our boys especially loved using the bodyboards and swim fins. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Mauritius!

Lovely house, spacious and airy. Comfortable beds. Well positioned between the sea and the pool with a breeze keeping the temperature perfect the whole time (I guess this may vary at different times but we great for us). Cook (Dorine) and cleaner were attentive and kept the place clean and use fed well. Sophie was available and responsive before and during our stay with advice and suggestions as needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing, quiet and comfortable holiday.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Nicolas ou règne une atmosphère d authenticité avec un ensemble de meubles en bois. Notre arrivée étant un dimanche, il nous a organisé un repas ainsi que quelques aliments de base pour notre première nuit. Il nous a accueillit chaleureusement et présenté l'ensemble des services de la maison. Celle ci est à quelque pas d'une magnifique plage de sable fin. La piscine avec bouée a été très appréciés jusqu'à tard dans la nuit . Autre service proposé, les repas locaux de Jacqueline, nous recommandons vivement. Ils sont très bons. L équipement de la cuisine est également très complet pour cuisiner Pas d'inconvénient identifié, tout était parfait pour nous(famille avec enfants)

Bel appartement,fidèle aux photos, et très spacieux. La piscine et les restaurants d’anahita sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Ainsi que le bateau transfert pour la plage sur l’île au cerf. Ravi a été un très bon hôte, très réactif, il a organisé notre transfert aller et retour à l’aéroport et m’a mis une voiture de location à disposition qui était déjà sur place, très pratique. C’est un logement très bon rapport qualité prix, je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

L’appartement correspond à l’annonce, spacieux avec une jolie vue Les instructions d’arrivées et départ envoyés par Lekh très clair même si on ne l’as pas vu Entrée du Logement difficile à trouver car au fond d’une impasse ( utiliser plutôt Waze et demander aux locaux)

Great place, good host who was very responsive. Have a great team including Misha who was a great help. Also the place was very nice close to the ocean would definitely come back

One of the best BnBs we have stayed till today. First and foremost very cordial hosts. Ryads dad was patient as we were slightly delayed from our normal check in time promised. It was late for him but he ensured he patiently explained all the facilities and gave a house tour. Icing on the cake he had stocked basic necessities like water , milk, bread coffee etc . The kitchen was fully loaded with all appliances and the house on two levels was a few meters from the beach. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and aircon. What’s more beach mats, umbrellas and chairs were also there to enjoy 😀. Absolutely loved the place , pity we had a short one but I know where we are going to stay next when we arrive in Mauritius the next time . Thank you sir

Das Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse. Schöne Strände und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr guter Streetfood direkt daneben. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Osten und der IIe aux cerfs.

Une belle adresse pour découvrir la côte Est de Maurice. La maison est acceuillante et à proximité immédiate d'une jolie plage intimiste. Toutes les commodités à proximité et un coup de main très appréciable de Jacqueline pour le ménage. A réserver sans hésiter

Emplacement de la maison entre lagon et piscine PARADISIAQUE avec site de snorkling en face intéressant . Piscine et jardin très bien entretenuS par Jacquelin et Nadia et Pooja pour entretenir la maison adorables et discrètes . Nos soucis de fonctionnement ( puissance électrique insuffisante avec tous les climatiseurs et four , de meme que souci evacuation eau cuisine , ont été résolus immédiatement . On ne s est jamais sentis seuls . Caroline était toujours a l écoute et présente physiquement sur site . Séjour extrêmement réussi . Petite remarque bien que n ayant pas du tout impacté notre séjour : la maison n étant pas neuve ,une maintenance des fermetures des baies virées ,de la douche extérieur et de la terrasse bois autour de la piscine seraient nécessaire.

We loved staying at Sophie's house ! This was an amazing experience for our family in Mauritius ! The amazing beach, 50meters from the house was incredible, safe, and never crowded ! This was an absolute gem ! The house itself is amazing, really well decorated, with a great beach vibe. It was prestine clean when we arrived thanks to the wonderful housekeeper Paquerette. The bedrooms are perfect, the outdoor patio is really nice. For us this house has truly been the highlight of our journey : A true family home where we felt instantly at ease, an amazing host with lots of recommandations, really flexible and always available a beautiful beach from morning til dawn, even for the kids We felt truly lucky to be able to stay there ! Tout était parfait ! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins, même si l’endroit semble généralement très calme. Le seul bruit que nous entendions était celui des vagues 😅. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Nous n’étions que deux, mais ce serait un vrai plus si vous venez à plusieurs. La vue est splendide, tout comme la décoration. Et pour ne rien gâcher, l’hôte est très réactif et disponible. Je recommande vivement !

Sonia est une excellente hôte. Elle nous a accueillis avec un dîner. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est superbe et idéalement situé, au bord d'une plage privée bordant un grand lagon. Tout simplement magnifique !

Très bon accueil, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver mais Ashok est venu nous chercher au point où nous étions égarés. Très réactif et d’une extrême gentillesse. Plein de petites attentions dans l’appartement avec de jolies fleurs pour vous accueillir, de quoi vous préparer un petit déjeuner et une bouteille de vin offerte. L’appartement est très propre, spacieux et les lits très confortables. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur son stationnement privé et fermé et avons pu marcher jusqu’au restaurant, et la mer est à quelques pas. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
