Apartment 2 is located on the 2nd floor. Walk into the charm of original hardwoods, tall ceilings & all new furnishings. The cozy kitchen has all the amenities you'll need for a short stay, but why cook when great restaurants are only a short walk away? Features a king bed, remodeled bath & WIC too!

This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Just blocks from NCSU, Meredith, the Village District and pocket parks, this 2nd floor apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. Updated with new appliances, countertops and refinished floors, you'll be able to relax after enjoying the area. Bedroom has ensuite bath. King size bed Sealy Performance Mattress & 5 types of pillows. Room for 1 or 2 cars to park beside unit. This is the 2nd floor of a duplex behind a main house. The exterior and grounds are a work in progress.
