The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with 75 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a south balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs and is located near the forest and meadow. In the village, there is a great hotel with wellness offers and delicious cuisine, great cafes and shopping (e.g. Herzstueck-Horgau) The apartment is located 10 minutes from the A8 Adelsried highway exit.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). We of course also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children wish. Please let us know in advance :-) And in October, things get creepy in the apartment, too. We strive to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)

Just minutes from Legoland, this place offers a combination of seclusion, nature, and special moments.

Luxurious tiny house with hot tub and sauna

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
