Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Located in Fincastle, we are approx. 25 mins to downtown Roanoke, and 30-60 mins to several Colleges and Universities (Hollins, Roanoke College, Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Radford, Washington and Lee, VMI, and VT). The beautiful AT is also a short distance away (< 9 miles), along w/ several other hiking trails.

There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
