Vacation rentals with a patio in Financial District, Manhattan

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Great place to meet up with family. The kids enjoyed the pool and soccer area. Views from the rooftop area were amazing!

Thank you, Bobby! We had a terrific stay! Very clean & beds were very comfortable. The shower was awesome too. Especially like the people in the neighborhood. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. And the neighborhood felt safe, even as we walked home in the evening from the Path train.

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The place was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire place was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always available for us immediately for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Kimberly is such an amazing host; my guest and I enjoyed every moment of our time here. Photos are 100% accurate. --Such a pristine experience, do not hesitate to book with her… you won’t regret it!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Brooklyn was amazing! Travis was an awesome host: friendly, responsive, and super helpful. The Airbnb was in a great location...blocks away from great restaurants, Prospect Park, small groceries. The place was roomy and super clean for our 1 and 3 year old and in a very walkable neighborhood that was safe. We were so happy that it was on the 1st floor! All in all, we would recommend this place to any one and really appreciated Travis' hospitality. It definitely made our Brooklyn trip with 2 toddlers a great vacation!

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

Jami's place was ideal for our needs. Nine of us settled in nicely. A huge living space. The roof terrace was amazing, especially at night. Another great plus is the bus stop, less than a minute from the door and buses to NYC or Jersey City. Grand parents, parents and grandchildren, all had a great time and if we are returning in the future, we would gladly stay at Jami's apartment.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

I came up to Jersey City with a few friends for a weekend event and needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Mary Jean's house was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, pristine and so comfortable. The house is decorated with high-end finishes that still retain their historical charm. It comes with a gated parking space (no having to search for parking on narrow, busy streets) and was quiet and comfortable. Mary Jean was also so personable and readily available for advice on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely plan on staying here again for future events in Jersey City!!

Anthony was a blessing in disguise. Jersey city is not the best location as there’s a lot of incoming traffic and clutter from the city however every time we set foot in his place after being out for the day it was like an amazing fresh breath of air. The unit we stayed in was surrounded by a load of other houses but the unit felt like we might have gotten the best space in the neighborhood. Anthony was very proactive with instructions and ensuing everything was running smoothly. 10/10 would definitely book again.

Clean place why h met our expectations; host was easy to communicate with

This place was as described. Very nice interior, with well labeled tags around the house. Host was extremely responsive. Lots of restaurants in the area. Parking was not super easy. we had to walk about 7 min from where we finally found parking since only overnight parking was offered. Definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood. Overall was a good choice for our stay.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! The owners are very attentive to your needs- and if you have questions they are answered promptly- couldn’t have asked for better hosts!!🤗 Thanks again for everything.
