My apartment is located in a historical building that once housed the old town hall pressure. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via airbnb is only used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm of the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly equipped, it offers space for up to 4 people on 120sqm. If the 25 sqm large roof terrace is not sufficient for you, garden use is of course allowed. Just like exploring the whole farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and are looking forward to your visit!

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
