Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10’), A20 motorway (5’), bus (1’)...), fully equipped room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, decor to the taste of the day. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for purposes of illegal activities will be reported to the police and the subject of prosecution.

Close to everything and very easy to access, this completely redone 52 m2 apartment will offer you a peaceful break "at the beach"! Passionate about decor, I wanted to create a quirky retreat with a different vibe in every room. You will not miss anything and will be able to check yourself in. A bus stop is in front and a parking space is reserved for you in the back in the courtyard not visible from the street. A pizzeria and pharmacy are just across the street.

a very nice apartment in the historic center

A very nice apartment, 60m carrės, located in the heart of the old town, in the historic district of the city 150 meters from the cathedral. Within walking distance of all the shops as well as the bishopric gardens and the banks of Vienna. The beautiful train station, some of which say it is the most beautiful in the world, is a 3-minute drive, a 10-minute walk. Airport is a 20-minute drive. The neighborhood is pedestrian with free parking nearby.
