Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fermanville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Marion dans un localisation qui est juste exceptionnelle ! La maison surplombe la mare de Vauville et l’accès à la plage se fait via une réserve ornithologique (10 min de marche environ). Vous pouvez également accéder au village en longeant la mare, il s’y trouve un restaurant (la cabane des tamarins) avec des grillades et des pizzas au feu de bois. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Petit bémol, la chaise haute fournie pour notre bébé et certe jolie (vintage) mais ne correspond pas aux normes de sécurité. La terrasse est très reposante avec vue mer. Nous recommandons aussi le jardin de Vauville avec son petit salon de thé sympathique (et des plats que nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de goûter mais restauration ouverte lundi midi !).

Magnifique logement. Situé à quelques pas de toutes commodités, vue extraordinaire sur le havre de Portbail. Très bien équipé, très propre, pratique, calme. Vraiment parfait Merci aux hôtes également pour leur accueil, conseils et disponibilité.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Cadre idyllique 🤩un séjour plus que reposant. C’est vert, c’est calme, c’est le lieu rêvé pour déconnecter… Un régal de sillonner ces petites routes de campagne en vélo. Logement conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. À conseiller 👍

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Il est situé à 300m de ma plage et à quelques mètres du GR du littoral. La région est splendide et très calme. La proximité de Quettehou et St Vaast permet d accéder facilement aux commerces, restaurants et loueurs de vélos.

As other reviews, say, this is a fantastic place to stay. The manoir itself is stunning and our wing, the pressoir, was plenty big enough for us ((family with adult sons). Christophe has spent 14 years on renovations, so the facilities are excellent. Beds were really comfortable with shutters on all windows to keep light out. The kitchen was very well equipped including a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Shower gels, soaps etc all provided. We made use of the tennis court and walked in Bayeux every day ...20 min walk along the river or you can go direct past the railway station. Christophe is very friendly and spoke great English. The only thing to be aware of is there are plenty of stairs. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would recommend staying here to anyone. Nicholas was very responsive and accommodating. After 10 days traveling in Europe as a family, it was so nice to have some space to spread out in rather than staying another night in a hotel. There was a washing machine which we took advantage of to have some clean clothes to get us through the rest of the trip. The AirBnb is in a great location! Walkable to the Bayeux Tapestry, Bayeux Cathedral and lots of great restaurants and cafes.

David a été d'une disponibilité et d'une réactivité irréprochables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, et recommandons ce logement et son hôte sans réserve !

I enjoyed my stay at Florian’s Airbnb. It was such a great home base for the Normandy area. The views were amazing and I loved being able to look out the window and see the cathedral just a couple blocks away and the birds always flying by. It was clean and simple and the location was great.

Superb accommodation! Clean, great location. Loads of utensils etc including tea and coffee, the flat has everything you need. No private parking but parking locally was easy, exactly as Jade had described it. Lots to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation for enjoying Jersey!

Un super séjour au bord de la mer. Le logement de Morgane est parfait ! Il est beau, propre, pratique, bien situé et plus encore. L'intérieur est très bien conçu, spacieux et comfortable. Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est à disposition. Le jardin est magnifique, bien exposé et surtout bien clôturé (idéal avec notre chien). Le jacuzzi est le + auquel nous n'aurions pas pensé mais dont nous avons profité avec plaisir. La plage est toute proche, la ville est jolie et calme et Morgane a de bonne suggestion si vous cherchez des activités dans les alentours. Nous avons vraiment passé une belle semaine, encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur super logement et leur réactivité pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Super logement, agréable, belle terrasse, maison très fonctionnelle. Nous étions six nous avons passé un super week-end. Merci à Stephanie pour son accueil et Maison super bien situé à 2, rue de la mer il n’y a pas eu de surprise. Les photos correspondent bien à la maison et si j’ai retourné par là-bas, j’essaierai de ravoir la même maison, je recommande.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Villa idéale pour un séjour en famille. Décorée et aménagée pour les visiteurs avec beaucoup d'attention. Également très propre. Les activités et lieux de visite à proximité sont nombreux. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

An absolute gem located less than a 2 minute walk from the historic Omaha beach. A perfect blend of modern home with traditional beach house great for large families. The hosts are incredibly nice and wonderfully easy to work with. A shining recommendation for anyone considering staying here!
