Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , czysty apartament , pomocny właściciel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i napewno jeszcze tam wrócimy.

I can recommend this nice house for your rest e with a family or with friends. It has beautiful garden and barbecue zone, private entrance, place for parking. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was pretty friendly and took care about everything.

Peter is really helpful with anything, you can need. The communication was perfect, the place was nice and clean. We were allowed to stay with two pets, that is as well a big advantage. The place is in a fantastic location, really 100 m from the beach. We are satisfied and thankful!

From our flat #64 on 4rh floor , we had a sunset view and view of the lake. Large balcony, access from both rooms to the balcony. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Big bathrooms. A/C in all rooms. Very comfortable. Easy communication with all parties. This was our 2nd time. Would come back.

Very nice accommodation right next to the Balaton lake. It was very clean, had everything that's needed. Would be nice to have some basic stuff for cooking like salt, pepper and oil, but it wasn't a big deal not having that. Having a dedicated parking space is nice to have.

Ganz ehrlich? Mit anderen Unterkünften und Vermieter kann man es wahrscheinlich nicht besser haben. Allerhöchstens gleichwertig, aber das wäre dann sehr schwer für diese zu erreichen. Mariann hat tatsächlich Ihre Qualität in Allem unsagbar hoch gelegt. Ich wünschte überall so toll einkehren zu können.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, wir waren außerhalb der Saison Ende Mai. Es war sehr ruhig in dieser Zeit und wir hatten den Pool und den See fast für uns allein, das war perfekt. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ein paar kleine Mängel (WLAN, Rollo, Dunstabzug Küche) was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum und lädt ein zum entspannen auf der großen Sitzinsel, die einem zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei im oberen Stock, eines im unteren Stock mit eigenem Bad. Beide Stockwerke sind mit dem Aufzug separat erreichbar und innerhalb der Wohnung mit einer Wendeltreppe verbunden. Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation lief auf Englisch, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage, die mit einem Tor gesichert ist. Die Gegend war sehr sicher.

Wir waren hier für knapp 2 Wochen. Es war alles wie im Internet beschrieben, sehr modern. Der Gastgeber war sowohl per Email als auch per Handy erreichbar. Unsere Anliegen (frische Handtücher für die 2. Urlaubswoche oder als es "Probleme" mit der Alarmanlage und der Terrassentür gab) wurden sofort geklärt. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

A szálláshely rendkívül tiszta, minden fontos eszközzel felszerelt. Remek környék, csodás kilátás a tóra. Kifogástalan volt minden, köszönjük szépen!:)

Serdecznie polecam, apartament bardzo czysty, wszystko jak nowe, kuchnia wyposażona bardzo dobrze, piękny widok z balkonu jak i również z pokojów, gospodarz miły i uprzejmy, okolica bardzo spokojna, apartament położony przy samej wodzie. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia :)

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Ausstattung war wie angegeben mit eigenem Steg am See sowie einem Schwimmbad im Haus. Ebenfalls sehr schön die große Terrasse! Mit dem Auto sind alle Orte innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine bietet die Wohnung alles, was man mit bis zu vier Leuten braucht!

Bonne résidence pour profiter du lac Balaton, accessible en seulement 2 minutes à pied. Le balcon donnant sur le lac est super ! Très propre et accueil professionnel. Rien à redire, je recommande.

Szép, tiszta lakás gyönyörű kilátással, öröm volt ott tölteni 3 napot.

Ubytování odpovídalo popisu nabídky. Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi - klidná lokalita, krásný výhled na jezero. Dobrá orientace bytu vůči slunci, zahrada před domem zabezpečena tak, aby se děti nedostaly samy k jezeru. Na pláži dvě restaurace - bufety. S hostitelem byla skvělá domluva.

Very nice apartment, everything what is needed is there. Big advantage is parking and location (near the lake), 2 bathrooms and big, big terrace. Timea is super host who answer to all our questions. Very small disadvantage is distance to the train station. But anyway, I would recommend.

We went to Natalia’s place for our summer vacation with our two small kids. We were looking for something peaceful and safe where we can be fairly near the water but not too close! That’s exactly what we got! A beautiful view at the lake, almost no traffic, a cozy and well equipped house and a perfect garden for our kids to play in. Natalia was very helpful and welcoming! She showed us everything around the house so our whole stay went smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time, i can recommend it to anyone with similar expectations!

The apartment and the location is great. The view from the windows and from the balcony is excellent. The flat is spacious but a bit under furnitured and under equipped, especially the kitchen. In case you plan to cook your meals be aware to ask what tools are available. It turned out this place is managed by a company and you need to visit their office (in office hours) in midtown Siófok for both check-in and check-out which is not listed on this website. Make sure you can manage the process. Huge plus is the separate lavatory next to the bathroom, which however also equipped with an another toilet. Bed is comfortable enough but not the best, the couch is preatty good though. Wifi was the lowest point: literrally can not connect with iPhone, iPad, Macbook, Android phone, Windows laptop. Fortunately My PC had a cable connection and the router also, so i used it over the wire. The internet acces was very fast. Nice flat, need to improve a bit. Office staff was nice and helpful.
