This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Cozy Art Cabin among organic gardens near UNC/Duke

This is a shabby-chic art-studio cabin. It has a stunning walk-in shower w/ an under-water mural mosaic. There are mosaic doors & windows throughout the space. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.

Shabby Chic Studio near UNC!

Charming 1-bedroom snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. Tradition continues, this is a multi-generational home dedicated to family and travelers alike since 1984. Janet's parents, Audrey and Elmo Jones created this 1,100 square foot fully appointed, fragrance and pet free upper suite which utilizes a stairway. Many guests have discovered Fearrington Village which is less than a half mile stroll away. Wooded hiking trails intertwine all of Fearrington Village. Cozy Secluded Accessible West Wing

The West Wing is guest quarters to a residence on 15 acres 5 miles south of Chapel Hill. It's an easy 10 minutes (5 miles) to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals and Carrboro. Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.

Newly updated, bright, clean studio guest house Located in a highly desirable neighborhood, near several parks and walking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, Weaver Street Co-op Market, village green with outdoor movie screen, a gym, and just about anything you could need. Bus stops nearby take you just about anywhere you need to go, run frequently, and are free! Very close to UNC, and hospitals, downtown Carrboro and downtown Chapel Hill.
