Beachfront vacation rentals in Fão

The house of Susana , is charming , super cozy , we feel at home . Pena was the little time we enjoyed it , they were good times in the family and to improve we took our dog , who was also very well received . The only aspect I would say to improve is really the time of check out , it is quite early , I think it does not make much sense especially for those who have not been able to enjoy the house enough, which unfortunately was our case . thank you very much Susana for your sympathy with everything ! We'll be back for sure!

Super nice and functional accommodation 5 minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to the bustling waterfront. Quiet sea view. It was very nice.

We loved staying here. It had a brilliant view of Porto and we were able to walk there easily (on either the high or low bridge) as well as around the local area and to the river and restaurants and Port cellars there. The apartment is spacious and really well appointed with a very comfortable sofa and a throw to keep you warm. The main bed was super comfortable- a rare find. The apartment was nestled right in the Roman arches with a road above us and one below. Being a lighter sleeper I closed the back windows and used the fan for air movement and to block out road noises. This compromise was worth it for the view!! Diana was a great host, responding quickly to questions and providing weather forecasts. We highly recommend Porto and this apartment

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

We loved this place in Moledo. The view alone: 1 row of the sea is within easy reach. We were greeted personally at Maria's apartment and got everything explained in detail. Very likeable! What was mega due to our flight times was that we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later on the last day. Thank you for this!! There are great restaurants and bars in the area. A bakery and a small grocery store are also within walking distance. Both Caminha or Vila Praia de Ancora can be reached quickly on foot or by bike (which we were allowed to use for free), as there is a nice foot/bike path. All in all highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Margo is an excellent host and extremely attentive to our needs. The home was immaculate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location for sun downers on the beach and a short walk to a river beach. Peaceful location and setting. We all loved the place.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at Anas Place. Really peaceful, compact but everything you need, sea view & nice outdoor space with plunge pool. In a quiet suburb of Vigo it was very easy to access Vigo centre, beaches, supermarket & Portugal. Only 40 mins away. Ana is a lovely host. She really cares that you enjoy her place & holiday. Overall a great find.

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

exceptional host, I've never had a host like that. Extremely kind, helpful and responsive, Rui is extremely professional and that's how to welcome. Rui was present upon our arrival to give us the keys. He generously offered us breakfast and then advised us on many activities and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

Outstanding standard of property, very clean in every possible aspect. Stunning. Home equipped with everything we possibly needed, small shop downstairs where u can buy anything u might possibly need, close to main streets, beach, boulevard, metro station, walking distance to bus station with many buses if u fancy visiting smaller cities nearby. Host very responsive, helpful and friendly. Definitely on our top list! It’s a gem!

Great place to get a real feel of local culture, while being across the street from the sea at the same time. The coast south is fabulous! We walked a lot. We had planned to go to Porto several times - we only made it once! We didn't want to leave. Anselmo and Bruno are great guys andfor sure are Super hosts!

We had a wonderful time in this little corner of paradise. Small detached house at the back of a very nice park, quiet and not overlooked. The beach is accessible by direct access a few dozen meters away.

The house is beautiful, modern and very clean. The location close to the seaside is great. Checkin and communication with Alberto was easy. We will come back.

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!
