Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

Perfect place to disconnect, with the sea very close by. The description and photos match perfectly and Tunde, our host, is a real delight and very decisive. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

So that's really hard to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we got there, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a brief panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

Lovely holiday and fantastic apartment

The best villa I have seen. The amount of space both inside and outside the villa meant that even as a family of 6 we had more than enough space for all of us. Having a private pool inside the villa as well as a communal pool was perfect as you have privacy when you want it, and can socialise when you feel like it also. The pools were all warm. The villa is walking distance to the beach, loads of restaurants, bars, even gyms and shopping centres. The villa is in a very peaceful location and you couldn’t hear the noise of bars etc in the evening. Every detail has been thought of in this villa, even down to wireless phone chargers and the TV having Disney plus, Netflix etc all free to use. We each had our own bathroom and shower as there is one with every room. The villa is truly stunning and incredibly high standard. The host Juan is so friendly and helpful, incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile for you. We are already looking at dates we can come back this year. Thank you Juan!

Very nice and charming cave home right at the water. Big windows with an inner patio, so lots of daylight in the main room. Quiet and away from mass tourism. 2 supermarkets just around the corner and a few small restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Marta!

Beautiful atypical apartment located in the heart of the village on a nice little lively square. Nearby bar and restaurants some frequented by locals which is very friendly (do not hesitate) The ocean 2 steps away with a nice coastal walk and natural pools. Beautiful terrace but with neighbors opposite, no particular inconvenience. Evenings are quiet despite the terraces. However, you should not be afraid of stairs. Kathy's welcome was perfect and she gave good advice.

Pavel’s apartment was amazing! It’s located in a great neighborhood—within walking distance to Costa Adeje and very close to the main bus station, which was super convenient since I didn’t rent a car. Easy access from the airport was another big plus, and overall, it was absolutely worth every penny. Pavel himself was a fantastic host—very responsive and genuinely caring. I felt that if I needed anything, he’d be there to help. The highlight of the apartment for me was definitely the balcony. It was incredibly comfortable and easily the most enjoyable part of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in front of Las Vistas, the best beach on the island. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely week in Adeje, apartment was bright, clean & modern. Everything we needed. Would recommend & stay again. Lovely to have the option of a heated pool too. Beach front position was ideal.

Had a fantastic stay! Everything is in top condition, only the parking turned out to be a little more expensive (12 EUR/day). Other than that, 10/10! We would rent this again.

Great location. Beautiful. Ocean view from 2nd floor balcony. There are two beaches. One is with darker sand than the other. Shops and restaurant are short walk away .

I had a lovely stay at this property in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was easy and they were always helpful and responsive. It was a great base for exploring the area and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tenerife! The view of the Atlantic Ocean was absolutely stunning — we never got tired of it. The place itself is nicely renovated, super clean, and felt very well looked after. We didn’t need much from the host since everything went smoothly, which made the stay even more relaxing. Some of the pools were being repaired, but the one that was open kept the kids happy and entertained. Overall, it’s a great spot with an unbeatable view and location — would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay! Apartment has everything that you need, having the washing machine is a bonus and comfortable bed, will definitely look at using this apartment again. In walking distance to all the shops, beach and lots of restaurants on the sea front to watch the sunset and the pool areas is nice to chill by.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need (and even much more) in a central but quiet area (not noisy, you slept well and it was very safe). You could reach everything on foot in max 20 Min, but there are many buses very close to take if you do not want to walk or if it is very hot. I moved easily from there all along the Adeje coast. A special thank you to the Host, who is always very helpful, kind and responsive. i recommend it! I hope to come back in the future :)
