The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even towards the main house. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive radius. Falsterbo is also a center for birdwatching.
