Prachtige locatie, goede communicatie met gastheer. Zeer rustige omgeving met mogelijkheid van vissen op eigen meertje en leuke wandelingen in de buurt. Aanrader!

Esti is an absolute wonderful host and a very pleasant person. The house was beautiful as was the whole lot. She can call one of the most gorgeous places on earth her home and takes care of everything with great attention to detail and for nature. We had the best time there by the lake with long nights at the fireplace. Esti took a great part in us having the most special vacation we could have possibly had.

The house is in a stunning location - completely peaceful with a very picturesque lake right on the doorstep. The house itself is immaculate with every amenity you could wish for. Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished. Emma provided lots of useful information - the perfect holiday home for our group of six.

Vi var fire par, der boede i Maria og Tommys hytte over en weekend. Der var dejlig meget plads til os alle. Vi elskede stedet og de smukke omgivelser. Det er et meget charmerende sted med et godt spot til morgenkaffe i solen med kig til eng og får, et godt samlingssted om det store bord i lejligheden og stjernekig fra vildmarksbadet. Vi kommer gerne igen 😊

Das Haus von Mats ist wirklich sein Geld wert. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten, konnten uns jederzeit melden, wenn wir etwas brauchten und fanden uns wunderbar zurecht. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und übersichtlich. Die Lage ist toll, man ist in wenigen Minuten beim Meer. Der Garten ist riesig, die Kinder konnten sich austoben. Dazu gibt es gleich in der Nähe einen Spielplatz und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für das Nötigste. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es fiel uns schwer, wieder zu fahren. Wir werden diese gemütliche Oase vermissen.

My wife, our daughter (7 months), our dog and I were able to spend 11 nights on holiday. The Royal Lodge is exceptionally well equipped. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and living room with fireplace. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic kitchen (which my wife fell in love with). There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. There is also a spacious wellness area in the basement with a shower, toilet, whirlpool and sauna. This area was used extensively in the evenings. The Royal Lodge is located in the forest, directly on a small lake. Roy lives on the other side of the lake (I can reassure anyone who is worried about privacy in this respect. There is enough space between the houses). Otherwise, the location is really beautiful in the countryside. Roy told us that he occasionally gets visits from moose, as he has turnips next to the lake. And indeed: we were able to watch moose having "breakfast" 4 times in the morning!

We spent our Easter break at Steffi’s beautiful home, and it truly felt like a piece of Swedish heaven. The house is a private retreat surrounded by peaceful woods and birdsong, with a serene lake just a short walk away. The home itself is decorated with lots of love and taste — it’s well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotless when we arrived, and Steffi provided a clear and thoughtful manual that made settling in simple and the check-out stress-free. We spent our days listening to birds from the terrace, relaxing in the cozy armchairs by the fireplace, and even braved a (very!) refreshing April-dip in the lake. Thankfully, we could warm up afterward in the spacious sauna, which was a real treat. Steffi was the perfect host: kind, responsive, and incredibly generous in sharing everything the house has to offer. We felt at home immediately. We can HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Sweden. Thank you!!

Mycket trevlig lägenhet i ett idylliskt område med gångavstånd in till centrala Halmstad. Andreas var snabb på att svara vid frågor och väldigt tillmötesgående. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende!

Vi bodde med vår bebis i 1,5 vecka i denna mysiga stuga. Perfekt om man vill sova gott, de enda ljuden som hörs är fågelkvitter och sus från träden i bokskogen bredvid. Dubbelsängen var jätteskön! Stugan såg ut precis som på bilderna, inte topp-renoverad men mysig och funktionell. Det regnade tyvärr en del när vi var där, men då kunde vi spela piano, gitarr och gulliga små rytminstrument tillsammans istället. Anna och Jesper svarade hela tiden snabbt på frågor och kom med fina tips om närområdet. Vi saknade de träd som hade tagit ner i trädgården sedan bilderna togs, men om vi förstod rätt så skedde det ganska nyss. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in Jacobs Haus. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick auf den kleinen See und den Wald ist traumhaft. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir können uns gut vorstellen auch noch ein drittes Mal zu kommen.

Härligt ställe som vi gärna kommer tillbaka till. Lugn miljö med en kort promenad till långgrunt bad, man behöver inte ens ta på sig skor då hela vägen till havet går över grästäckta ängar.

Superfin & mysig stuga. Solveig var trevlig & hjälpsam. Kommer absolut besöka igen.

Jättemysig stuga att hyra! Helt underbart med jacuzzi, bastu och grillplatsen. Där var fantastiska vandringsleder och tillgång till fiske bara runt husknuten. Vi kommer till stor sannolikhet att hyra igen! På återseende!

The place was located in a private and peaceful area, away from the hustle of the city and it was just beside the sea. There were plenty of beds, enough for our big group. The kitchen was fully equipped we didn’t have any problem for cooking during our stay. And the games that were provided, made our stay even more enjoyable. We had something to do all the time. The host was very friendly and helpful and always one call away.

I think it was our third time at Pascal's beautiful house and we felt right at home. We can recommend the accommodation to anyone. The location in the Swedish countryside is simply beautiful. The communication with Pascal was perfect as always. Thank you and of course, we would love to come back :)
