Gated private parking ,washer and dryer,fast wifi,microwave,cofee maker,ect. You can also watch movies in proyector screen outside,use the hammock, grill and beach equipment.

Spacious studio apartment, located on the 22nd floor with stunning views of the East Coast Icacos and Palomino Islands. Unit has cooktop, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Kitchen is also equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery. The complex has a laundry area on ground floor with washer and dryer for a small fee. It also has a swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and 24/7 security. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the breeze and relax.

Casa Isleta was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great value. I was working remotely for a couple of nights during my stay, and the work desk setup was super handy. The Wi-Fi was reliable and snappy. After hours, I’d head to the pool, walk over to the island restaurant for a bite, then wind down at the condo with a movie. Rinse and repeat. Comfortable bed, towels and linens smelled fresh and clean, can’t complain. Seven Seas Beach is just under 10 minutes away by car, but honestly, with how relaxing the place is, I barely felt the need to leave. For the price point, I wasn’t expecting to get this much bang for my buck. Highly recommend!

Staying at this Airbnb was truly a magical experience. The fact that it’s located within a historic district added an extra layer of charm and beauty to our stay, we genuinely felt like we were part of something special, and thats also because I love architecture. The property itself is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly in order, spotless, and arranged with such care and attention to detail that it immediately made us feel at home. From the clear and thoughtful instructions provided from start to finish, to the small touches like snacks and water upon arrival, and all considerations Jaime had with us; every detail elevated the experience. It’s rare to find a place where every element feels so intentional and warm. I fully recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a first-class experience in Fajardo.

We loved staying here! The place was very clean, cute and relaxing! We loved the balcony, it was so peaceful. It’s in a good location, close to good restaurants and the beach. It’s perfect for first time visitors to Puerto Rico. The host was very friendly and responsive and they had great recommendations.

I have stayed at other places in this area when I launch or haul my boat at puerto Del Rey marina. Daniel’s was the nixes so far. Clean and comfortable with all the details covered and extra amenities like hot tub, pool table and laundry. Nice private back yard area. Daniel was very responsive to any questions, will definitely stay there again

I really enjoyed staying at Monte Brisa everything is near by to explore, shop, beach, great area to eat and restaurants. The apt. Was so clean, spacious, comfortable to stay and the beds were comfortable too. Definitely will highly recommend!
