Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

Wonderful stay for a PR trip with the family! Enjoyed the jacuzzi and liked having a family dinner inside and outside. Comfy beds and very clean place! Truly a relaxing and very nice place to call home on a PR vacation!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The whole house was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking which was important to us. Google maps messed up the location and Migdalis was very kind to walk us through the directions step by step. The location is within minutes to El Yunque, the Luquillo beaches and close to Fajardo. The grocery store, Ralph’s, is not too far and was an extremely clean store with helpful staff. The bedrooms have air conditioning which kept our sleeping very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (no people or street noises) except for a rooster across the street. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, just amused us. The night time natural noises were so calming and relaxing that I had to record them to use at home. We stayed 4 nights and were very happy there.

Iris es una excelente anfitriona y sobretodo guardiana de un hermoso recinto. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una convivencia de fin de semana con jóvenes y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Los jóvenes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de talleres, encargarse de tareas domésticas y sobretodo disfrutar de la piscina, el billar y las hamacas. Vimos como sus vínculos se fortalecieron al tener diversos espacios para compartir. Los cuartos son ideales para grupos grandes, están bien organizados y limpios. La cocina es espaciosa y posée los utensilios necesarios para hacer grandes cenas. Aunque la carretera principal queda cerca, no se sentía el sonido de los vehículos. Los alrededores tienen el suficiente verdor para amortiguar el ruido y refrescar las noches. La comunicación con Iris fue ágil y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido una gran experiencia y queremos repetir el próximo año. Agradecidos.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Very nice and contable place.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Javier was such a great host and the property was as advertised. A group of us visited for my wife’s birthday. He was very proactive in communicating details about check-in and sent detailed recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Any time we had a question, he was always quick to respond and very friendly. He even stopped by on my wife’s birthday with a delicious strawberry chantilly cake for our group to celebrate with her. It was just an awesome experiment we’d recommend anyone visiting Puerto Rico stay here.

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!

We have been literally traveling around the world making this AirBnB our last stop. It had to have a beautiful view of the Caribbean, check. Had to have a pool, check a very big pool on site! Had to have smart TVs , check 2 TVs. Had to have comfortable apartment with a Puerto Rico vib, check delivered. I could keep going checking things off but you got it by now it was the perfect place to end our trip! Thanks René for hosting us.

We enjoyed our stay at Raul's cabin! The view from the property is beautiful and the cabin itself has everything you need plus a separate portion with a hot tub, tv, grill and shower. Raul was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. The bridge overlooking the mountains is an awesome spot for photos and watching the sunrise.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find, easy to check in, was very clean, and the host was very helpful. The host beautifully decorated the bedroom. The house is located in a great area if you want to explore the east coast and it is near the ferry. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful views from both directions! Loved the privacy and the apartment was clean and had great space. Fave things about the unit: 1) private 2) views 3)air conditioning 4) great pool 5) smart TV Uber works in the area so you can easily get to restaurants and marinas, if you dont drive. This was the coolest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We ended up not leaving for an entire day because it was so relaxing. The bathroom felt like a spa and everything was very clean. The domes AC worked great and having the bathtub inside was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!
