We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Our cozy 1 bdrm apartment is 1 mi. from Waldameer Park, 2 mi. from Presque Isle State Park, and within a 10-minute drive from any Erie hospital. We have everything you'll need in your home away from home. There is plenty of off-street parking with special accommodations for larger vehicles. We love to decorate for holidays, so please come visit us in the fall and winter. Travel nurses are especially welcome, we are happy to offer special discounts to our off-season or long-term guests.

The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

Take a short stroll to visit the farm goats, chickens, cats, donkeys, and horses! The cottage is in a duplex with a private driveway and entrance. Bedrooms feature one king, one queen, and one twin bed. First floor bath. Shared patio. Hosts live on the property.

This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. This cozy cottage, nestled in Fairview, offers the perfect home base for an Erie getaway! Just 1.4 miles from Avonia Beach and 7.9 miles from Presque Isle State Park, outdoor adventures are nearby. We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
