Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

This cozy cottage, nestled in Fairview, offers the perfect home base for an Erie getaway! Just 1.4 miles from Avonia Beach and 7.9 miles from Presque Isle State Park, outdoor adventures are nearby. We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.

Incredibly unique historic farmhouse

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. The "Yellow House" was built in 1857 and features a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and wifi. The house sits on over 125 acres of cornfields and forests with hiking trails. Yet, it is less than five minutes from Girard's main street and 25 minutes to the beaches in Erie.
