Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fairbanks

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. Excellent place. Great location. Has everything you need. I’ll miss the ferry ⛴️ boat going by every morning and afternoon. Highly recommend this place to stay. The Sullivan’s UTAH

Would recommend the treehouse stay to anyone in coming to Fairbanks. Well worth it.

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay at this location. It was very clean and comfortable, and it had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay in Fairbanks. Brenda made an extra effort to make our stay especially comfortable during the summer solstice heat wave that the city experienced. She thought of our needs before we even knew we had a need. I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The host was communicative and helpful throughout the stay. The location was great—quiet but conveniently close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Jason’s place is perfect for a family-quite and so clean and open. They had children’s books, and puzzles, lots of information for area-even though I’m from Fairbanks (54 years) Jason’s home is welcoming. Lots of little touches and relaxing home. Would rent again in a heart beat. Jason was so easy to reach as well-

Very beautiful loft apartment/ unit. Sara was very responsive and helpful especially with us coming from Oklahoma we weren't sure when we were getting in so she was very helpful with rearranging our dates. Very quite neighborhood, didn’t get the chance to see all the wild life that comes out but perfect little deck to be able to watch.

We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

It was a comfortable stay, you have everything thing available in the airbnb, cooking here was easy and the host replied fast and also allowed us to check in early as we landed a bit early. Overall If I an ever in alaska again would like to stay here

Sarah’s apartment was the perfect place for our short two night stay with friends. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms for a good price. The only downside was that the bedrooms did not have blackout curtains. The sun is out past 1am in the summer in Alaska, so blackout curtains are a must for a dark room and good sleep. It’s the only recommendation I have for her. But other than that, the place was great and I would recommend :)

Once again, Arthur produced a welcoming environment and place to stay. He provided easy clear instructions. The location matched the online description. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you.

The location was a great spot for us. Fairbanks is an easy city to travel around and everyone is very friendly.

Kyle’s Airbnb was perfect. If you left something back home, he probably has it here for you, even sleeping masks to block out the midnight sun, thank you Kyle, this was probably the best Airbnb Ive resided at over the last few years!

The apartment was cute and simply decorated. the host left water and chocolates.. The beds were super soft and extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed after being on a motorcycle for 12 hours.

What a treat! While other hosts are cutting corners, these hosts have put in the effort to elevate this space. The beds were all great quality with three out of five guests independently commenting on how incredibly comfortable they were. The tree view is also incredible!

We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed at! Rebekah was wonderful and thinks of everything a guest would need :) Highly recommend!

I really loved staying here, and I’ve stayed at lots of places as I’m a frequent visitor to Fairbanks. The apartment is super quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again(I was there in June) and am particularly interested in seeing what a winter stay would look like. The place has radiant floor heating and would be so comfortable and warm when the weather outside is freezing.
