New apartment in Ayvansaray, spacious apartment no 5

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. The building was built according to the earthquake regulations. Our apartment is very new and underused. There is an open kitchen in a large living room. There is a single bathroom and toilet, as well as a bedroom and an entrance hallway. There is a total of 65 square meters of use. There is a fire , gas alarm system and a camera at the entrance of the building. The apartment has an estuary view and we have a small garden belonging to the building. There is a double bed and a sofa bed.

Our comfortable apartment is the ideal place for your holiday. There are all kitchen tools for cooking. The flat is in a 4-storey apartment building and is on the ground floor. There is free and unlimited internet. The flat is in a very central place. 3 minutes walking distance to Fevzi Paşa Street, 3 minutes walking distance to bus stop. Our house is a 5 minutes walk from the market, bakery, greengrocer and pharmacy. Available for families. It is not suitable for parties and entertainment.
