It is in the intersection of local and other touristical areas also 3 minutes away from metro and bus stations where you can also hail a cap. There are many boutique cafes around where you can have coffee - breakfast . The private terrace with bosphorus view will make you feel amazing when take your breakfast or grab a drink at nights. There is also a panaromic bosphorus view in living room.

Ce fut un séjour tout simplement magnifique. J'avais initialement réservé pour six jours, mais j'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour à vingt-six jours consécutifs, tant l'hôte, l'appartement et le quartier étaient agréables. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tous les besoins essentiels : divers moyens de transport, sites touristiques et historiques emblématiques d’Istanbul, ainsi que de nombreux magasins pour faire shopping. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le propriétaire de l’appartement, ses voisins sympathiques, ainsi que toutes les personnes qui veillent sur ce pays, et en particulier sur la ville d’Istanbul. Really good spot for our stay in Beyoglü, the place is big and roomy and close to the subway. The proximity of the nightlife comes at a cost with some weekend night being a bit louder, but in our case we were out there enjoying most of the time so it was not a problem! The hosts were super nice and responsive.

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.
