Wonderful experience exploring a beautiful piece of nature! We learnt so much about edible and medicinal plants and are inspired to look for edibles at home. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and really brings it all to life. Great way to spend a morning!

Absolute eye-opener. A lot of plants I saw as weeds are actually edible or usable. For those who want to reconnect with the nature around them, this experience is a must. Nikki has so much knowledge and an amazing way of telling her passion for plants and foraging in particular.
A few hours later am still in shock of all I have learnt... will come for a refresher in a few months.
Thank you Nikki.

Well worth doing. We have lost the knowledge of the abundance of wild plant food in our environment. These plant foods are sadly lacking in our daily foods. They have an abundance of phytonutrients that allow our DNA to get what it expects to allow it to do the chemistry of life. Nikki showed us the plants growing wild and then prepared lunch using these plants. It was absolutely delicious. She is a master of her craft.
