The cozy casita with private bath and balcony is tucked away, surrounded by lush vegetation and sounds of the waterfall. It includes one kayak for 2 people, paddle board, fishing rod, washer and dryer, kitchen with all cooking utensils. Note: The upstairs room is not comfortable for seniors or adults, the ceiling height is 4 feet (an adult has to walk on his knees). The property is located on a residential island, restaurants, bars, stores and grocery stores are within a 15 minute drive from the property.

This unique 1913 home will make you smile. It has just been fully remodeled sparing no expense. It is a coral rock home with high ceilings and plenty of natural light that sits on a 5 acre avocado and mango grove with a lovely pool. Built by William Karl Walton, it neighbors the Historic Walton House. The home is splendid in its character and bears a rich history. The house accommodates a total of six guests.

Charming private back pool house on a fenced property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades. You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.
