In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

La Bérangère est située à Romainvilliers petit hameau de la commune d'Escorpain. La maison est idéalement située à 15 minutes de Dreux, 35 minutes de Chartres et sa superbe cathédrale gothique, 1 heure de Paris, et à un peu plus d'une heure de Giverny lieu de résidence du peintre impressionniste Claude Monet. La visite des jardins de Giverny est un enchantement. Un hyper marché Leclerc se trouve à 5km du gîte à Saint Lubin des Joncherets.
