Impeccable accommodation and everything is in place for a pleasant stay. All basic products are available. If you follow the instructions given in advance by the hosts, it will be easy to find the house. A little extra for flexible arrival with a secure mailbox that allows, for example, to arrive at night without disturbing.

Kevin's house is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, by the river, allowing you to indulge in friendly activities, swimming, beautiful walks and even a boat as a bonus! the house offers a beautiful outdoor space, with charming sheep as a neighbor and Luna, the owner's dog, adorable and very affectionate. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly, we will happily stay at his place again!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We had an amazing time with friends! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and activities offered! We were able to enjoy the May 29 bridge in the best possible conditions! Thank you, we recommend!

Totally as described, the accommodation is very clean and very quiet. The location is perfect for what we are looking for. thanks to Vincent, the instructions were very clear, the check-in procedure was perfect with photos to show how to access the accommodation. The only small downside is that it's not easy to find parking spaces nearby, don't hesitate to go a little further.

A perfect appartment for our 1 night stay. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful, cool patio . Marie responded immediately to all of my enquiries. If you bring your car there is parking very nearby which is free at the weekends. We would definitely recommend and will return if we stay in Chartres again

A great place for the whole family- the village is beautiful and the house is spacious with a lovely, safe pool. Definitely more for groups with children than adults looking for a swanky getaway but that was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Domnine!

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. Beautiful Norman house both charming and functional for a large family or a stay with friends. The house is ideal for young children (large garden, heated and covered pool, trampoline). Many living rooms inside (TV lounge, veranda, reading nook, bar) and outdoor areas for apero and barbecue (poolside, by the river etc.). We rented the house for a month and feel at home there. Gregory is very warm and communicative. We'll be back with pleasure!

A perfect stay. We had a great time with 14 people (8 adults and 6 children). The house is really spacious, with several living spaces. The teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room and the movie theater and the little ones, the playground with swing/slide. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for large groups (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers). The exterior is just as nice: heated pool but also large garden with several areas arranged for eating or just enjoying the calm. Our host's hospitality was efficient and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed with friends this weekend and had a lovely time. The place is large enough for everyone to have their own space, both houses are well laid out. We particularly liked the pool, the bocce court, the foosball, the jacuzzi and the barbecue available. Marie Noëlle and her husband are very available and responsive, we'll be happy to come back to stay at their place.

The house was perfect for our family of seven. The quiet setting and nice pool were enjoyed everyday. The nearby train station provided quick, cheap and easy access to Paris. The surrounding farm fields proceeded idyllic views.
