Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Eunpyeong District

Host was helpful with prompt responses, and gave clear instructions for the checkin. Love the portable TV as well! Wanted to use the lovely attic for reading but it was a little hot up there, would have been perfect if there is airconditioning in the attic too! Note that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but that seems to be how the old style houses generally are. It was a unique experience though, love that the hot tub was spacious and even had a skylight! Room was comfortable and cozy :)

This accommodation is one of the nicest I have stayed at. Such a beautiful traditional house with lots to do. I definitely would have loved to stay longer! Really recommend it!

Это восторг! Хозяин квартиры в нашем сердечке, если вернемся, то точно сюда. Квартира идеальна! Чистая, уютная есть все необходимое. Очень близко к метро, рядом есть все что нужно, большой супермаркет, пекарни, рестораны, каждое утро брали кофе рядом с домом в кофейне, 3 минуты и магазин с корейской косметикой ))) В доме продумано все до мелочей. Пол с подогревом, кондиционер, стиральная машина, вообщем есть абсолютно все, даже несколько вариантов фенов, я такое увидела впервые, воспользовались всем.Идеальная кровать и матрас, сон супер комфортный. Не хотелось уезжать. Тихий район, соседи все спокойные. В отзывах видела что жилье на горе, но это неправда, маленький подъем, если так рассуждать, то весь Сеул на горе) Но больше, чем квартира нам понравился хозяин, очень вежливый, во всем нам помогал, всегда был на связи, помог даже с организацией дня рождения. Оценка 1000 из 10. Уже всем друзьям отправила ссылку, куда надо ехать жить в Сеуле))) Большое спасибо, за вас и за жилье 🙏🏻

콜드플레이 내한 콘서트를 보러 고양에 와서 친구 커플들과 총 6명이 함께 머물렀습니다 방이 3개에 화장실도 2개라 인원이 많은데도 불편함없이 머물다 갑니다. 식탁도 커서 다 같이 둘러앉아 이야기 나누기 좋았구요. 사운드바 음질도 좋아서 콜플 노래 들으며 재밌게 수다떨었어요. 침대는 폭신하고 편해서 피로가 싹 풀렸고, 샤워기 수압도 강해서 기분 좋게 씻을 수 있었어요. 전체적으로 숙소가 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있어 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었고, 다음에도 공연이나 모임 있을 때 또 이용하고 싶어요!

두번째 방문입니다 따뜻했고 배달음식 배달도 잘됬구요 전기장판이 있어서 따뜻하게 잤어요 재방문 추천드립니다

一次非常满意和惊喜的住宿体验~首先，房东非常贴心，在整个入住的过程，发消息都会及时回应。因为我们当天到达时间非常晚，没有地铁，还提供了接机服务，点赞。房屋内的设施非常完全，每个房间都有三头充电线，还配了转换插头，房间内的插座很多，非常适合给我的各项拍摄设备充电。客厅配了洗衣机，冰箱，微波炉，各种厨具都有，非常适合居住，下次来韩国还会选择的一个好地方！ 对了，在房源附近的餐厅，用naver map找餐厅，找到非常地道的韩牛肥肠店，完全是本地人氛围，想要品尝当地美食的，一定要在居民区附近找餐厅~

Host was very responsive, the location of the place is amazing and close to a lot of cool shops and restaurants. The place came stocked with everything you might need for a short stay in a new city (dishes, laundry soap, etc). Highly recommend!

얼마전에 이용하고 좋아서 또 이용했어요~ 숙소에 없는게 없을 정도로 준비 되어있고 새집처럼 깨끗해서 너무 너무 만족스럽습니다~ 고양시는 무조건 여기 추천드려요^^

Had a great stay here. Location for me was perfect, not central seoul more local vibe but still totally city. Close to metro and buses. Good shops and places to eat nearby. Apartment was quiet, clean and had good kitchen and general amenities to use. Great water pressure too and no sewage smell. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, fans provided too. There is a lift, in full working order. The only improvement would be a tumble dryer, but there is a laundrette not far away and the veranda got hot to dry clothes quickly. There is an Iron (great!), but no ironing board.

地理位置很好，去离地铁站很近，去哪里都很方便。房间温馨整洁，床品很干净舒服，下次来首尔也会考虑居住在这里。

너무 좋았습니다. 그동안 여행을 많이 다니면서 불편한 곳이 많았는데 흠잡을 데 없이 모든게 갖추어져있었고 인테리어도 너무 예쁘고 아기자기하고 좋았습니다! 이렇게까지 편안하고 불편함 없는 곳은 처음입니다. 호스트님께서 물품들도 신경을써서 준비를 해주셨던 것 같아요! 기회가 된다면 다음번에도 또 묵고싶습니다. 또한 답변도 친절하게 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was pretty close to good restaurants and shopping in Hongdae/Hongik Station area. The host let us know that the room was ready for check in earlier than the expected time and it was very convenient that they had an area for secured luggage storage. The air conditioner worked great and bed was very comfortable! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get warm water for a shower but would stay again!

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
