You are looking for a retreat where you can work undisturbed and relax in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you want to go shopping, you will find all the shops, grocery store, organic shop, bank, pharmacy and drugstore within walking distance. Within 15 minutes' walk, you can reach a forest and hiking area.

On the garden floor of a completely renovated detached house from the 1930s, a granny apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and views into the garden. South side. Bettina lives with her children on the floor above and is therefore always available for questions. Old building = you can hear us. Located 5 minutes' walk from Backnang train station, in the city center and despite everything small, quiet neighboring street (play street). Here the original idea of Airbnb is still lived - private but with connection (if you like)

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
