The house is small, but it is very well used and everything was very clean. Same or better than the pictures. It is located a short walk from the beach, which is ideal. The beds are very comfortable and allow a good rest. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped, and also has many utensils. It also has several useful items such as an iron, hair dryer, fan... Whatever you are looking for and need, you will find it. The decor gives it a unique and cozy touch. Rui was always attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. It had a brilliant view of Porto and we were able to walk there easily (on either the high or low bridge) as well as around the local area and to the river and restaurants and Port cellars there. The apartment is spacious and really well appointed with a very comfortable sofa and a throw to keep you warm. The main bed was super comfortable- a rare find. The apartment was nestled right in the Roman arches with a road above us and one below. Being a lighter sleeper I closed the back windows and used the fan for air movement and to block out road noises. This compromise was worth it for the view!! Diana was a great host, responding quickly to questions and providing weather forecasts. We highly recommend Porto and this apartment

Recommended +++++ this listing. It is well located: close to the sea and about 15 minutes' drive to downtown Porto. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday with 12 friends: we were all under the spell of this house. Each with its own sleeping area. Rui, the host is lovely and attentive.

A magnificent apartment in the modern house, with super nice decor. Very stylishly decorated with Portuguese charm! Everything top and clean! Best location, 1 minute to beach, kiosk, bakery and several restaurants with cheap but great food, where even police officers go out for dinner during their break! To the train station 10 minutes, to Porto about 35 minutes. To Lidl also only about 10 minutes. "Quiet" location but in the middle of the locals, the fishermen provide the rest of the authentic flair! We will be back!

Everything met expectations, a cozy space with a good location two steps from the beach and the center of Espinho. Mr. Vitor is always available and very friendly. Our stay was great.

Super nice place to stay right in the dunes. You can see the sea and are just a few steps away from the beach. On the wooden walkways, which are directly behind the house, you can walk along the coast. Great restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance. You can also walk to a bakery and a supermarket. The connection to Porto is great. Only 15 minutes by Uber and there is also a connection by public transport. The place was super clean and there was everything you need. Even a beach umbrella was available. The host was very nice and always available. He even brought us a baby chair and a baby bath for our little daughter. I would come back anytime!

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking lot. The landlord Manuel took care of things proactively and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, separated only by the waterfront road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August, a fair takes place right in front of the house with corresponding volume in the afternoon and evening.

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The property was spacious with 2sets of balconies for either sun or shade all day.We loved the fact that they met us and provided a lovely welcome pack and told us about lots of great places to visit locally and in Porto itself and would recommend to others

Liliana was absolutely lovely. You can clearly see that she loves being a host. We arrived after midnight but she welcomed us personally. She also prepared a great light dinner - highly recommend it, everything was delicious. The place was great for our group of 6, we had everything we needed to feel like at home. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is located near the beach, you can actually hear the ocean if you open the windows. A holiday that we will definitely remember & we really have to thank Liliana for it. She made sure we have everything we need, was always super responsive and even took the time to come say goodbye when we left. We highly recommend this accommodation and Liliana as a host, you will feel like you just arrived at a friend's place. Thank you for eberything, Liliana, we will definitely be back!

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!

Excellent stay at Antonio's, the boat is quiet and close to everything: restaurants, beach, water activities... Antonio is very friendly and explains everything well. The place is super clean, the sheets are fresh. An ideal retreat from the world for a few days. I'll be back!

It was a really nice and pleasant stay. The view is great Same as the apartment. It was nicely clean. The kitchen was one of the best parts. It was very nice to find even some spices and other stuff there which you would not usually buy when you only stay a few days. All in all a good and nice stay would recommend.
