El Cense du Bergie

Welcome in our gite d 'El Cense du Bergie. You will stay in a rural cottage, completely renovated and located in the heart of the countryside, on the corner of a wood of more than 400 ha, in a farmhouse still exploited in a traditional way. This cottage of 4 people with 60m2 of frescoes is all comfort, 80 m2 habitable with a terrace of 20 m2, everything is on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, Italian shower and 1room accessible to PMR). A sofa bed can accommodate a 5th person.

Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, just 300 meters from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linens (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

40 m2 apartment (on the 1st floor of the house) direct access. Number of people 1 or 2 in double bedroom with TV and baby bed. Kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave...). Bathroom (shower & bathtub) separate toilet – Relaxation area (stereo, documentation, board games). Private terrace (barbecue), access to a recreational area (swings, sun loungers, our animals: donkey, goat, sheep). Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the house.

Located in Hainaut, about fifteen minutes from Lacs de l 'Eau d' Heure, Barbençon is recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. You will have the opportunity to sleep in an old (17th century) guard tower completely renovated and equipped. You will be soothed by the lake (circuit of about 1km) as well as the tranquility that reigns there. You'll also discover the current medieval castle, its old entrance door, and its old stables.

Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
