Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Tinyhouse mit allem was man benötigt. Zwei Fahrräder, ein Whirlpool, großer Gasgrill, sehr gute Terrassenmöblierung mit Liege standen zur Verfügung. Wien sehr gut zu erreichen, kurze Anfahrt P+R Leopoldsau, ab hier gilt die CityCard, buchbar über Internet und Fahrkartenautomat im Parkhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken Roman für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ho soggiornato da Katalin e mi sono trovato molto bene. La comunicazione è stata sempre chiara, e Katalin è stata disponibile e cordiale. La casa era pulita e rispecchiava pienamente quanto indicato nell’annuncio. Anche se la zona non è centrale, è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e si trova vicino alla stazione di Floridsdorf, oltre ad avere nei dintorni servizi utili come farmacia e supermercati. Consiglio senz’altro il suo alloggio!

Es geht einfach gar nicht besser, genau wegen solcher Unterkünfte ist Airbnb attraktiv. Die Kommunikation mit Bettina und Werner vorab war sehr freundlich und sie haben sogar zugestimmt, dass wir 45 Minuten früher einchecken konnten um rechtzeitig zu der Hochzeit zu kommen zu der wir eingeladen waren. Die Unterkunft selber ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, eine wahnsinnig schöne, charmante und außergewöhnliche Villa im Weinviertel - eines der besten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisse, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Jederzeit wieder, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Innenstadt ist mit der nahgelegenen Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Peter ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und hat proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

The house is absolutely amazing—such a perfect escape after a stressful work life. It’s cozy, homey, and just the kind of getaway I needed. The space is warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. The owner was also super responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even smoother. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home—I definitely recommend it.

Chic 180m² 3BR Apt near Parliament, Self Check-in

Loved the location and very generously sized space. Beds and furnishings were all very comfortable and stylish. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. We had a couple issues with the wifi door lock early on, so we were glad we carried a key. The host resolved the problem quickly and the lock was reliable and very convenient for majority of our stay. The apartment was very quiet. We never noticed any noise from others in the building. We were only aware of street and neighborhood noise on warm nights when we needed the windows open to cool the bedrooms. We enjoyed the view of mostly trees and a few elegent rooftops. One bedroom faced an interior courtyard which was cool and quiet but less private. The kitchen was well equiped but not in large quanties, so the 5 of us washed glasses and utensils for every meal. The cost was at the top of our budget, but we ended up very glad we spent the money. Would definitely book here again and hope this review encourages other to do so too.
