The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our AWP apartment boasts a beautiful, bright, and open 120 square meter living space. It features a stunning, luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an extra-large ceramic bathtub. You can comfortably relax in the tub and enjoy the 55-inch TV. The loft also has two additional TVs. The open-plan living and sleeping area is fully furnished (65-inch and 43-inch TVs). A superbly equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals.
