très beau gîte avec vue sur le Mont blanc. Nous avons passé de belles vacances reposantes et au calme. Possibilité de faire des balades au col du Cliergeon juste au dessus.

Notre séjour a été fantastique ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Muriel et Jean ont été très accommodants et d’une grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur la région. Nous avons hâte de revenir

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! My daughter and I had such a lovely week in Talloires and Ali’s home was a special part of this. The house was in a perfect location - in the centre of the village, close to the supermarket and to restaurants and more importantly - right next door to the best bakers where we went most mornings! It is also very close to the lakeside and to many beautiful walks. The house was clean and comfortable and got a better sleep than at home! Ali also helped us with suggestions on where to go which was very much appreciated as this was our first time in the area. If we are back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement de Cathy, très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour. très bonne communication avec Cathy. juste un petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être plus confortable.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

Nous avons passé 4 belles nuits dans le logement proposé par Guillaume. Accueil irréprochable, Guillaume est extrêmement gentil et prévenant !! Visite ensemble de l'appartement et explications. Concernant le logement, il est vraiment top ! Chaleureux , emménagé avec goût. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, d'absolument rien ! C'était un réel plaisir de séjourner chez Guillaume, il est certain que si nous revenons un jour sur Sallanches nous reviendrons chez Guillaume ☺️

Alexis was amazing! flexible and genrtous with the check in, the flat was huge with every ammentity you could need. especially loved the local loose leaf tea and honey provided :) would recommend !

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.
