Newly renovated, fresh studio with own entrance and bathroom in private part of villa. The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

Cozy 36 sqm apartment in the calm and quiet area Örby, 20 min outside Stockholm City. My apartment is stylishly furnished, has good storage and a large, spacious kitchen. There will be soap, dish soap, spices, pillows, duvets, and other necessities, but since I will not be home during the period, I have no opportunity to provide sheets or towels. Note that I only want guests who stay at least 5 nights and will only rent out the apartment between the period January 25 - March 20.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.

Small apartment with private entrance in detached house. The space contains one big room with a sleeping area and a TV area where you can enjoy a film using our WiFi. There is also a dining room with a kitchenette where you have a microwave, a water boiler and a fridge (no stove or oven). Next to the shower there is a sauna available for your relaxation.

Nice apartment house of 25 sqm with walking distance to the Stockholm Fair. 15 minute walk to commuter train or subway that takes you quickly into the city center. 3 beds distributed in the sleeping alcove and in the sleeping loft. NOTE: The accommodation is suitable for two adults and two children or for three adults.

Modern small villa in a quiet area. All amenities for 1-4 people. 120 meters to the bus stop that takes you to the local train and subway. Travel time from the house to Stockholm city is about 30 minutes. 1.8 kilometers to the Stockholm Fair, by bus and a 450-meter walk, it takes about 18 minutes.
