The beauty of the sunrises and sunsets from our windows and terrace are surpassed by the welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful attitude of our hostess! I had asked a question about access to the area and in an exchange of messages she helped me find a driver to bring us to Cefalù and then met us early. I feel I have a friend in Sicily. She’s smart, fun and truly cares about her guests!

We enjoyed our stay with Elisabetta very much. The place is very clean and well-located, about 12‘ away from the city center on foot. We enjoyed the small, well-equipped kitchen and the terrace, where we had breakfast every day. Elisabetta was always very responsive and helpful & extremly kind. She even brought us some delicious oranges & berries.😊 The only downside to the place was that there were no windows apart from the door. But it was no problem leaving the door open, to let in some fresh air, whenever we were around. All in all, we loved staying with Elisabetta & would definitely come back.😊 Thank you again!

A great place to escape the stress of everyday life. Away but still close, the property is located in the mountains. Everything is designed with attention to detail and is cherished and maintained. Thanks for the warm welcome, especially to "Giuseppe" and "Paco."

The host was immediately very kind to meet all my needs as far as check-in was concerned. Super kind person who recommended restaurants and activities nearby; all vermanete of excellent quality, too bad to have been able to/and try only a small percentage. Absolutely repeatable experience to experience all the rest of the tips. Truly excellent house and location. Perfect interiors, nothing is missing and everything is "vacation-friendly". The apartment is located just above Castelbuono in a cool and shaded area because it is surrounded by a garden and forest; an evocative environment to say the least. In addition, the panormama on the valley, with the sea peeking on the horizon is very nice and relaxing. Top !

The flat we originally booked had renovations so they offered us a better flat! Great quiet location with a beautiful view. Free parking directly in front of the flat too.

Masud was very responsive to our needs. He met upon our arrival and made sure that we had everything that we needed. He was very polite and friendly.

We had a great time in Santo Stefano di Camastra which is a small village far from the tourist hustle and bustle of Cefalu but which remains lively. Airbnb matches the description and photos. It was clean, functional and nicely decorated. The balcony overlooks a busy street. There are small shops, restaurants and free parking nearby. I would this place!

The communication with the host was great, there was always an immediate response. The way to the villa is very narrow, the escort from the host helped us a lot the first time! We would recommend a car as there are at least 3-4 (steep) kilometers to the city or shopping. Once you have arrived, you can expect a lot of peace here. The sound of the sea can be heard except for the terrace, beautiful sunsets over San Stefano di Camasta are only a few steps to enjoy over the (absolutely quiet) road on the stone beach. The villa is located on a railway line. Some trains could be heard here during the day, less often even at night a freight train. The place has absolutely everything that is needed. Cooking, one (or 2-3) espresso from the capsule machine every day, and romantic evenings in candlelight. The host even provided us with water and espresso to start, great service! Thanks for the quiet place for our honeymoon!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach. Sweet garden and great terrace with BBQ. Everything very modernly furnished.

Aldo was an incredible host from start to finish. Even before we arrived, he helped us decide to rent a car by providing detailed information. When we ran into problems at the airport car rental, he was there and jumped in to help us sort everything out. He regularly checked in to make sure we were okay and answered every question almost instantly, like when we needed help turning on the gas, he gave clear, easy instructions. He also gave our kids thoughtful welcome packages and shared great tips on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed: beach toys, umbrellas, even citronella sticks for mosquitoes. My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Aldo’s communication was always prompt, helpful, and kind. We truly felt cared for every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend both the property and Aldo as a host. He went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful we stayed here!

Francesco's house/flat was well presented, freshly renovated and clean. Although we stayed a couple of nights as a final stop before bidding arrivederci to the island, you could easily stay longer as the property has everything you need. There is a spacious terrace at the front of the house and a cute garden with a free standing grill and bonus citrus trees in case you want freshly squeezed lemon on your barbecue. Location wise - the property is on the main road, with easy access to the link roads and 1.25 hrs drive from Palermo airport. Cefalu beach is 20 min walk, clean and not too busy (could be because we visited off peak season). The old town and duomo 30 min away boasting of great restaurants and typical quaint alleyways. Francesco was a considerate helpful host with great communication before and throughout our stay. P.S. for British fam - there is no kettle, so you'll have to boil the water on the stove :D

A fully modernised, spacious, stylish, property is situated down a steep drive with views on the far side to hills above which is situated Buscemi. The recently converted farmhouse is equipped with an excellent kitchen, a large walk in shower, bath, and very comfortable double bed. In May the house is surrounded by meadows with wild plants and flowers including acanthus, mallow, orchids, sweet pea, valerian, fennel, wild barley and rosemary to name a few. A haven for butterflies and bees. There are walnut, olive, fig, plum and cherry trees. The charming and authentic Sicilian town of Palazzolo is a fifteen minute walk away (we walked in most days) and contains good eateries including two excellent bakeries with arancini and cakes (Corsino and Caprice), plenty of restaurants, shops and a couple of supermarkets. The ancient Greek theatre is a good walk up the hill and a must-see. For us, first timers to Sicily, the area provides a perfect base from which to explore southern region.

Very nice house with a lovely pool. Beautiful landscape around the house and gorgeous views. Kitchen is equipped fine, a little basic, but enough to cook your meals comfortably. The host was very responsive and nice.

We had a great week. Cozy apartment with wonderful terrace facing the sea and nice communal pool. Had very good contact with the host Nicola gave a lot of tips and is responsive. Apartment is secluded. There are no cars, just some livestock that makes the place harmonious. Cefalu is at a 30 min walk distance or 10 min by car. We parked in the large parking lot by the sea. Affordable and always location once we were there. Morning swim and then a good cup of coffee is recommended when Cefalu is waking up. Highly recommended!

Giacomo and Agnese have been exceptional hosts!! We had an unexpected situation and we had to make a reservation the day, and they were super attentive and awaiting our arrival! They also gave us a better stay. I am delighted with the treatment we received. Thank you for everything and for showing us such a beautiful place!!

Very large apartment with great views of the sea. The place itself offers little, but you can get to great beaches, Agrigento and other sights in 30 minutes by car.

Francesco made us feel very welcome. Very warm and friendly host. He even showed us some of his favourite eating spots in Stefano when he picked us up from the station! He was very generous. Always responded quickly to questions and helped us out with some extras. The flat had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. A great outdoor area to relax in the afternoons. Very quiet at nice, some very restful sleeps. The town is a great place to visit. Many amazing restaurants and places to eat and drink. The locals were very friendly. A perfect town for a weeks stay with enough to do to keep entertained. Molto grazie Francesco!

Great value. Great location. We feel lucky to have found this apartment. Stella was a good host and always responded promptly to inquiries. She even arranged a taxi pick-up from the train station for some of us. The apartment is uncluttered, almost 'spartan'. But, we spent very little time inside. There are enough pans/utensils in the kitchen for preparing meals. There were no lounge chairs on the swim platform. We carried two down from the terrace. The property is spectacular and private. We are 4 mid to late 60s people and it took us 10 -12 minutes to walk to the marina, another 10 - 12 to the Cathedral square, and another 5 - 10 to get to the beach... but why spend time at the beach when you have your own private swim platform! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace with sun and shade options throughout the day, incredible views, private swim platform with sun from 7 - 4... If we return to Cefalu, we will most certainly stay at Kalura Sea House again!

Ideal location away from the crowds to see Agrigento and other towns in the region. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a charming view over the sea and marina. The parking space is invaluable. The village has cafes but the supermarket is 5km away.

Amazing getaway from the town! If you want to enjoy some quiet and tranquility but still be close to the town, this is the place. Absolutely loved that we had a gym, pool and outdoor showers all in a private property. While it is a shared property with other guests, we had our own space and got to enjoy the amenities. Do keep in mind, you will need a car if you plan on leaving the property. The town is a short drive away but definitely not walkable. Nothing we went to was more than 15min away. The hosts were great and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place to enjoy Cefalù while still having the quiet time away.
