In the room it has a kitchen corner (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor swimming pool, cable car (hiking/ski resort), national park region and Samnaun (customs-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It's good for the solo traveler, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

Very nice and bright 4 ½ room apartment (built in 2012) in a sunny and quiet residential area on the upper edge of the village of Scuol. The "Motta-Naluns" ski resort can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. A few minutes' walk to the center of Scuol, the "Trü" sports facility and the "Bogn Engiadina Scuol" adventure pool. From the spacious south balcony you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. 1 garage parking space is available for the guests.

Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

The apartment is at ground level and without thresholds, so easily accessible even for older and/or disabled people. The apartment is in a detached house and has its own patio. Located on the outskirts of the village of Müstair, in the idyllic Val Müstair biosphere, the great outdoors, shopping, restaurants and St. Johann Monastery are within walking distance.

The number of people determines the number of rooms! Public bus and ski slope in winter ends in front of the house.
