Welcome to the apartment "Alte Gerberei"! The spacious 70 sqm old building apartment is located at the foot of the old town of Engen in our house, which we live in as a family with children. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. A pastry shop, restaurants, supermarkets and everything for everyday needs are within walking distance. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot and offers an ideal connection for excursions in the region with the Seehas (Engen-Singen-Radolfzell-Konstanz).

Magical vacation barn in the "Alte Ölmühle" estate

Our "Alte Ölmühle" is located in Engen-Anselfingen, in the Hegau and in the midst of a volcano and castle world in the west of Lake Constance. We expanded our vacation barn in 2022 and renovated it in the charm of the old farm estate with lots of wood and luxury. Starting in 2022, we will rent the entire barn with a large kitchen and common room, from where 3 units with 2 rooms and a bathroom each will branch off. We offer many extras on our horse farm with an idyllic stream and schnapps distillery.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Vacation home in the Höwenegg Nature Reserve

The vacation home with a cottage flair is a rare gem in an idyllic location. A former forester's lodge on its own large meadow in the nature reserve. The original condition of the house was preserved, which provides a homely, rustic atmosphere. Each room has a sink, so there is not too much crowding in the shower. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The S12 is centrally located in the heart of downtown Singen. The 8 apartments were newly furnished in 2022 and convince with their contemporary standard. In the nearby you will find parking, connection to public transport as well as shops and restaurants. The S12 is a fully digitized apartment building. You can easily and conveniently fill out your registration form with your smartphone, check in, open your room door and check out.

Our quiet apartment (40 m²) apartment with separate entrance is located in a district of Engen and can accommodate 2 people. The private south-facing terrace overlooking nature invites you to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as Wi-Fi. Towels and linen included. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking in beautiful Hegau, excursions to Lake Constance and the Black Forest.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
